Die Präzision des Teilesatzes überzeugt. Die fette Curtiss P 40 wird unser erster "Fatty Fighter". Mein Sohn und ich freuen uns auf die Erfahrungen die wir während Bau und Flug sammeln werden!

CAD- Teilesammlung perfektioniert! Passgenauigkeit super.
Versteifungen (längs, Rumpf- Unterseite) habe ich mit 4 mm Balsastreifen ausgeführt. Rumpfnase, vor Spinner, ebenso mit 4 mm Balsa ausgefüttert und Motorspant durch 4 mm Birken- Sperrholz ersetzt. Versteifungsholme TF aus 5 mm Kiefernleisten, Leitwerke jeweils mit 5 x 2 Kohlefasersteg versteift.
Einziges Manko, aus meiner Sicht: Spinner. Besser wäre vielleicht ein Spinner gleicher Größe komplett aus Styropor, welcher nur auf die Welle aufzuklemmen ist.

I received my kits today to the USA. Frank did a great job combining kits to save on freight. The kits were very well packed and protected. All thermoforming was very well executed and deport sheets are very well prepared. Thank you Frank!

super design, a bit of patience to cut all the parts but it's maybe the best part of the game.
very well done, each part fits perfectly.
I would suggest a planking layout, although it's not a big deal to do it on the formers.
